During our last visit to Sicily, we went *almost* to the top of Mt. Etna, the volcano that pretty much formed the entire island.
Recently, cousin Nicole returned back to Sicily only to find out that the Mt. Etna was erupting. Apparently her arrival angered pleased the Sicilian fire gods, and now they are demanding a virgin sacrifice delicious cheese muffin.
If any of you know any virgins cooks willing to make delicious cheese muffins, please contact the Sicilian government.
