Nandos Hot Pepper Sauce

At first, there is a sweet flavor and some of that good “back of the mouth” heat.

As I eat more of the burger, there is lots of heat. Not to mention sweet, spicy flavor.

After finishing the meal, my stomach is hot, as is my throat and mouth. THIS is the hottest I’ve had thus far, forget that Grace sauce. However, I’m not a big fan of the flavor.

Overall, this sauce would taste better on chicken wings, as the bottle seems to indicate. Unless it is implying that this stuff is made in “Chickenland,” which I doubt.

One other thing, I’m not sure if you’re supposed to eat this sauce raw. It seemed more like a marinade and just plain tasted like it would be better hot (temperature). I guess I’ll find out later. Now that I think about it, I’m sure it WOULD be good on chicken, but, sadly, my Boca Burger is not chicken.

Like I said, I’m not to big on the flavor, but this stuff is pretty hot, and its like a gooey, sticky hot. It seems to coat the mouth and throat with a vicious layer of heat.

In conclusion, Nandos is great for chicken, not so great for a Boca Burger.
